MTL3099 DUMMY ISOLATING INTERFACE UNIT.

The primary function of the MTL3099, which can be used with all other MTL3000 and 2000 Series isolating interface units, is to

provide termination and earthing facilities for unused cable cores from hazardous areas. This addresses the concerns about electrostatic charging of unused cores. The unit is therefore ideal for new projects where spare cable capacity is included for future expansion and for installations using multicore cable with unused cores.
